Ye Old George Inn - Nice Beer !

Another Christchurch pub that does great food and real ale. Shame about the price of a burger though !

    A Grand Olde Pub

This place never lets you down. The food, especially the carvery, is always top notch and the service quick and friendly. When your food arrives it is always hot; I have never had a cold meal here (unless I had a sandwich) and the portions are always on the generous side. Their beers are fantastic, with a great selection of great tasting ales, beers and lagers. The place is always packed which is witness to its ever lasting popularity. The pub itself is quite small, but they do have an outside area with plenty of seating, umbrellas and heating for the colder month.

Give this place a go, you will love it.

    Totally fab !

We took some friends here on Saturday. The most wonderful chunky, juicy well cooked burgers and chips with masses of cheese draped over the burger. Preceeded by cheesy garlic bread - totally 100% recomended and totally scrummy ! The young girls that served us actually had a sense of humour ! and were very polite and prompt. Well worth a visit. We'll be going again.

    Awesome

My favourite pub ever. I just love sitting out in the garden during the summer supping on a pint of Piddle. It's a shame they stopped doing their guest ales, some of their names were so funny.

    Ye Olde George

Nice friendly pub. Good food served quite quicky and well presented. Gets a bit crowded on weekend evenings but worth going for the lovely atmosphere. Nice mix of age groups.

    Ye Olde George Inn

Set in the heart of Christchurch, this is lovely old pub and listed in the Good Beer Guide. Popular with real ales drinkers, from the Dorset Piddle brewery watch the Silent Slasher! Good food menu and puddings to match. Lovely outside courtyard area to the side of the pub, packed in the summer months. Worth a visit.

Great Pub in the Heart of Town

Ye Olde George Inn is a really good, atmospheric pub in the heart of Christchurn. It has a decent selection of ales but the highlight is a great menu of British Food with a modern twist. Bar staff are pretty friendly too.

    Good Pub

Ye Old George Inn. I first went here for the Duck and the outside dining in the summer but soon realised there was a quaint pub with cosy little bits to hide it, and a charming arch to welcome you inn. The pub feels very old world and the plaque on the outside reveals its past which is a must see!
