The Royal British Legion in Christchurch are inviting people to take part in a traditional service in the town on Sunday 12th July. The organisation are dedicating their new Standard at a parade and service at Christchurch Priory from 2.30pm.
All members of the Royal British Legion's associates are welcome. The parade will assemble outside the branch in Bargates, ready to march off at 2.10pm
The last Standard was dedicated in 1975 in memory of Rowland Hollick, a former standard bearer of the branch.

This sounds like a lovely event. I will definitely try to make it.
