Christchurch Sainsbury’s have

adopted Julia’s House as their charity of the Year and the year got off to a

great start when they staged a fashion show which raised £1,000 on 25th

November.

Julia's House is Dorset's

only hospice dedicated to children with life-limiting conditions.  See www.juliashouse.org.

for more information.

The majority of the children cared for are

unlikely to live beyond the age of 18.

Julia's House relies upon the generosity of

the Dorset community to continue its

life-changing work for seriously ill children and their families, with only

approximately 3 per cent of this amount coming from the Government, every

donation - large or small - is vital.

Christchurch Sainsbury’s will

also be sending staff members to abseil 500ft off Guys Hospital in London with

Julia’s House, the highest civilian abseil in the UK, on March 24th,  places

are still available.
