I would like to take you down another path to a better body by focusing on your health first. In short, rid your body of toxins and lose stubborn fat. This will make you feel lighter and more energized and probably better than you have for along time.
What can I eat??
As you may know, most diets work as short term, quick fix solutions to problems that are chronic or long-term in nature. In addition, they often prescribe faddy foods (Cabbage soup or lemonade diets anyone?) What I am recommending is sensible, healthy and enjoyable. It can be sustained over the long term.
