Pettengells is an estate agent, so obviously one approaches with a degree of caution. Howeever, altbough I didn't eventually buy my house from them, I found them to be helpful and attentive to the prospective purchaser. They keep in regular phone contact and show you properties at times to suit. They were also helpful with respect to potential rental properties, although we did not view any through them.
