How many parents know that the Dorset Music Service is sacking its qualified teachers and replacing them with so called instructors! For children recieving music lessons via the service how is this going to benefit students

Its purely butchery by a new head of service. All qualified teachers had only the redundancy option which was dressed up as if it were voluntarily taken ... its an outrage since the Henley review kept funding intact for music services for 2011/12. Am I cynical in thinking this is the new way forward in Dorset ... to have unqualified instructors replacing teachers?
