Is the service sacking them because of financial shortcomings? This is a worry because it will affect the service and so put it at risk. It is a marvellous service bringing joy to so many children and families over the years. The service bosses are cutting their noses to spite their faces...
Its purely butchery by a new head of service. All qualified teachers had only the redundancy option which was dressed up as if it were voluntarily taken ... its an outrage since the Henley review kept funding intact for music services for 2011/12. Am I cynical in thinking this is the new way forward in Dorset ... to have unqualified instructors replacing teachers?
