  • Drop your Cigarette Butts in Christchurch and you WILL get fined !

    The "Butt Droper" is unaware that the "Butt Droping Official" is on their case and in pursuit !
    While we were out and about in Christchurch we saw the Enforcement Officer and their sidekick in action and in hot pursuit of a "Butt Dropper"  The on foot "chase" came to a climax  when the Eagle Eyed Anti Butt Dropping Official called for reinforcements and 3 police cars arrived at the scene to apprehend the litterer ! What do you think this is excessive or totally justified ?
