Great coffee but need to keep clean and tidy
Costa coffee calls my name in every town I go to. I have just been to Costa Coffee in Wimborne and I am affraid to say that they are a tad more organised than they are in this one. I have been in costa in Christchurch twice and twice it has seemed a bit untidy and unclean. I feel that attention to detail is all important, we not only want a nice coffee (guaranteed here) but we want a nice clean environment to relax in. Please ensure newspapers are not left lying around with crumbs wiped away. I may have just gone in there on two bad days, but I feel strongly about cleanliness when I am out and expect this from such a good brand.

Love it !
I'm sorry, I know there are other coffee shops in town which do really nice coffee's too and I do visit them also, but I have to say, nothing has the edge on a nice Costa Coffee.
The staff, although seem very young, or maybe it's me just getting old ! are more than helpful and very polite and the coffee is lovely.
I do find though that the food is overpriced, so I never eat there !!By blacksteff0 at 23:01 on 26/09/10

Everyone knows Costa Coffee surely ! Lovely coffees, overpriced bland food. The staff in this Costa are young but incredibly helpful. It's always clean and a lovely atmosphere, nice seating area outside in Saxon Square. When the weather is nice it has a lovely continental feeling sitting outside with a Cappuccino - just needs some Italian youths nipping about on their mopeds to complete the feel.
