    Museum of Electricty in Christchurch is sparking!!!!

       

    It's a hidden gem and a best-secret secret which is a real shame! Situated in Bargates in the Old Power Station it is crammed full of all things electrical from trams to cookers to irons to radios and TVs. It tells the story of electricity but you will wonder at the huge array of domestic electrical goods throughout the last 100 years. If you think ehousehold electrical appliances are modern - think again! Pay a visit. You won't regret it.
