Serendipidy Sams is not my favourite place locally. But I am a grownup. My 4 year old daughter loves it. There are lots of activities for the 3+ age range and they seem happy. However play facilities for babies are non-existent and the toddler area is small and very difficult for parents to access to retrieve toddlers in trouble. I also find it somewhat pricey compared with soft play centres.

My sons love it here going on the big slides, tunnels and running after each other.
I, on the other hand I find it very smelly and not that clean - especially the toilets where there always seems to be wee on the floor and noone to clean it.
The sofas we can sit on whilst the children are playing are filthy with old food and drinks stains on them.
Its a shame as the food - on the couple of occasions I have eaten there is quite good - although i make sure we all wash our hands before!!!
However as long as the kids are happy that, I guess, is all that matters!!!!

My children never seem to get bored of this place, its so big they can spend hours running around which is great if they need to burn some energy and its raining outside. Such a shame that the place does not offer a pleasant seating area for the parents. I have been to other places like this where there is a nice cafe offering panini's, decent coffee and comfortable seating and people are likely to visit more often and spend more money.
Huge indoor play area just over the railway line. Massive slides which suit older kids (four plus) with ball pit at the bottom. Smaller toddler mini play area but the only problem is my 18 month old could not get out of the ball pool! Building tired looking and no nice seating area for Mums to have a coffee, ripped sofas and metal tables. Good for a rainy day and do a free toddler lunch some weekdays term time.
My boys love to come here and burn off some energy for a few hours, but i have to say, each time i come i notice how dirty and shabby the place is becomming. It would attract more people if they spent a bit of money cleaning it up and relacing some of the sofa's etc. I have to say the staff have always been extemely pleasant, friendly and helpful.

I guess the children enjoy it but as a mum, i find it noisy, smelly, dirty, one of the slides is too fast and frankly dangerous, witnessed a couple of children with friction burns and moreover find it slightly overpriced. Staff friendly enough and on a rainy day with lively children it serves a purpose.
