Snow - love it or hate it ?

I have wonderful snow filled winter memories of my childhood and still love it when it snows, so long as it's not on a weekday when I have to drive!

There's a lot of speculation if it's going to snow or not in the coming week. If you're a weather watcher you won't, at the moment, know which TV channel or Internet page to believe as they all conflict !

Accuweather.com say that tonight in Christchurch there is 3.3cms of snow on the way so we could wake up to a bright and crispy morning !

However, the BBC Weather predicts a dry cold night of -1.

Whichever it is, there's nothing we can do about it - but how many of us are prepared, if we do wake up to a smattering of snow ?

Ah well, maybe it would be worthwhile setting your alarm for just that little bit earlier to defrost the car!.....
