Christchurch gets safe online - internet security advice

It's Get Safe Online Week, and Dorset Police are supporting the drive to raise awareness of internet-related financial crime - including online fraud and phishing scams.

Earlier this year, the Dorset Community Safety Survey revealed that 56% of respondent are very or highly worried about financial crime, and 54% are very or fairly worried about internet related financial crime.

There were 91 internet related fraud and forgery offence in Dorset between 1st April 2011 and 31st March 2012.
